Teresa, I must thank you for teaching me more than I’ve ever learned on my own. I took a project I learned from you to our county fair and I won a purple ribbon. Thanks from a happy fan, and please keep posting, your a great teacher.
@pudbopoo11 When you are beginner, you will reduce your frustration by learning the beginning crochet stitches first before trying out a project. There is a pause and rewind on the video player
grrrr, i cnt frikkin get it, sorry but i find u crochet too fastt!!
@bieberfever5207 A blanket, scarf, purse,
What can you make with this??
@5happydays5 I will send you the playlist of the beginner stitches
wow I never knew there were so many variations of granny squares! Your instructions are so easy to follow! is there any way you can please send me a playlist of each different crochet , like single, double , half double , and so forth…thank you so much for putting these videos out there for everyone!
@Apricotic You are welcome! If you visit my profile, I have a lot of them in playlists. You will also find a playlist full of granny squares.
Thank you so much! This was exactly what I was looking for. You explained it perfectly and made it easy. I kept trying to follow this pattern I have and it made no sense at all. I could do yours without even looking at the stupid pattern now. Thanks again. I can’t wait to see your other videos.
@incandescentsmile I have never been able to figure out knitting.
Is it me, or is knitting so much easier than crochet? I’ve been looking at video tutorials and reading tutorials all over and follow them as exactly as i can, and not once have i been able to get the granny square right!! I’m at my wit’s end with crochet.
Thanks for your videos. Even though I am the beginner I got the granny square perfectly. One quick question for you what is the kind of yarn you are using? Please give me the reply. Thank you.
I have been trying to crochet for a long time, and this video is absolutely wonderful!!
Hi, your crochet videos are excellent! I’ve never crocheted before but watched your loopy flower square tutorial 2 days ago and made a complete square the following day… It looked fab. I was wondering if maybe you could do a tutorial with the loopy flower on this traditional square? Many thanks Ashley
Thank you SOO much for such a great tutorial. I just made my frist granny square and I’m so inspired to make a full afghan!
Words fail me to describe how EASY you have made crocheting for me Teresa!!! I knew how to crotchet just never how to start…. I now know what i am doing and feel confident to try some more beautiful crocheting videos you have uploaded!!
Many MANY thanks and Blessings
No matter how many times I try to do this pattern it NEVER turns out right. I’m very comfortable with SC and DC, chain stitches, etc. It either comes out as a circle with huge holes or a lop-sided square. Very frustrating
Ne pis tırnaklı kadın yaaa, insan bir manikur yaptirir. Migdem bulandi yemin ederim. Nereyide acsam bu tirnaklar cikiyor karsima.
BUH!! the sound of the yarn rubbing the chrochet needle gave me chills. haha!
How could anyone possibly NOT like this video?
Simon in NJ
@amsantana86 A lopsided square may have to do with missing corner increase stitches. Possibly missing a set of stitches on the side, which will make one side smaller than the others.
I’ve made two afghans for family but they both came out lopsided, what am i doing wrong?? Your videos are very helpful but I just don’t know what I’m doing so wrong.. Please help
aaah! making gs afghan for friend and it’s lopsided what’d I do wrong?
